Graham 'crocodile' Cawood

Graham has a very good understanding of local Mozambique customs and traditions; he has small hands,  speaks Portuguese and understands many of the local dialects in the country leading him to a prominent position as one of the country’s top PH’s and principal partner in NiassaLand Safaris LDA.

Graham is our GO TO man in Mozambique and runs the operations in the Tete and the Niassa regions while also being the principal PH for most hunts in the country.

With his two very skilled Mozambican trackers Graham loves hunting Elephant and believes the most rewarding part of a hunt is the work you need to put in to get a big trophy.

Through his career as a PH Graham has hunted in South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. In addition he has written several articles for the prestigious African Hunting Gazette and escorted their editor in chief around all the hunting areas in the country for their “Focus on Mozambique” edition acting as advisor and PH. He has also escorted the NRA president on various safaris in the Niassa region with Botswana Outfitter – Johan Calitz Safaris.
